LaVon Sonne, President of Sonne Consulting, Inc. (SCI) has been providing consulting and Fee Accounting services since 1996. Ms Sonne has been in the housing business since 1993 and has worked with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs since 1986.
SCI has been involved with most Housing Authority programs, including Public Housing, Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8), Capital Fund Programs, Home funds, Tax Credit Projects, Community Development Block Grants, New Construction and Rehab programs. SCI has managed numerous computer conversions, written procedures manuals, accounting policies, investment policies, and cash management programs.
