Sonne Consulting, Inc has been providing REAC (Real Estate Assessment Center) reporting services to our clients since it’s inception. We provide both the Housing Authority reporting FASPHA and the Multi-Family reporting FASSUB. Our submission service includes:

• User ID Application
• UII (Unique IPA Identifier) Registration
• Data Entry
• Validation and Review
• Submission
• Monitoring the status/outcome
• Any resubmissions required
• Printed Copy of the AFS Submission

If you would like to request SCI to complete your REAC reporting we will need the following information:

• User ID Application Information (first year submissions only)
• Copy of Annual Financial Statements
• Annual or Audited Financial Statements in Word-processing and Spreadsheet Files
• Unit months available and unit months leased for all properties
• Federal ID and DUNS numbers
• Date of certification and officers or staff who certify the information
• Name, Address, phone numbers, etc for the Housing Authority
